Yoyo TV (also known as EBC Yoyo) is a television channel dedicated to children which is produced by Eastern Broadcasting Company in Taiwan. With learning, sharing, caring, and happy childhoods as the goals of the channel, its programs are self-produced and original as well as suitable for young viewers of all ages. High-quality and age-appropriate international content is also incorporated, making it an indispensable channel that parents and children can watch together. Ezenhall has been producing Chinese dubs for EBC Yoyo since 2002. Since the channel mainly broadcasts children’s cartoon programs, negative or coarse language has to be specially adapted into an easy-to-understand and child-friendly script. The client has highly praised our work in this respect. Projects we have completed with this client include the animations Mewkledreamy, My Little Pony, and Tayo the Little Bus.
