When Nagano Prefectural Police Chief Inspector Kansuke Yamato was chasing after “someone” in the snowy mountains, his left eye was unfortunately shot. After a thunderous roar, Yamato was immediately buried by an avalanche.
Ten months later, a researcher from the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan’s Nobeyama facility was attacked. Upon receiving the report, Kansuke, who had miraculously survived the avalanche, immediately rushed to the scene to investigate with his colleague Yui Uehara. However, as the observatory’s giant antenna activated, Kansuke’s injured left eye suddenly experienced an inexplicable, intense pain.
An unfulfilled promise, a residual image lingering in the single eye.
